Ian Aronovich,
President & CEO
Ian founded Cyweb Holdings Inc., a B2B and B2C provider of
web-based information services, after having clerked for the late
Honorable Milton Pollack of the US District Court for the Southern
District of New York. Ian
holds a law degree from Fordham Law School -- where he was Editor-in-Chief of the
scholarly Fordham Journal of Corporate & Financial Law -- and
bachelor degrees from Rutgers University.
Prior to and during law school,
Ian owned and operated a consulting business, which had as its
clients various other prominent businesses, and where he spearheaded the
launch a highly successful Internet venture that soon became a
multi-million dollar company. Prior to that, he was involved in
the export and transportation of American, Canadian, & Taiwanese
construction materials and other products to Europe and
South-central Asia, and in securing a large amount of bank export
financing through the U.S. Government's Export Working Capital
Program. Ian also did a two-year stint as the president of
a national fraternity, and served as member of the Law Committee of
the prestigious North-American Interfraternity Conference.
Among many media outlets, Ian appeared
as a featured guest at CNBC's Power Lunch. Ian
has also appeared as guest lecturer in the MBA program at Farleigh
Dickinson University, and as a guest speaker at the eBay! Live conference.
Ian's biography has often been included in
Marquis Who's Who in America, Who's Who in the World and Who's Who in
Business & Finance, and Who's Who of Emerging Leaders.
He currently appears monthly as a contributing editor on the
eBay Radio Show.
Michael Pesochinsky, VP
& General Counsel
Mike came to Cyweb Holdings from
Infocraft, a consulting group which he headed, and in which
capacity he managed the global enhancement of Sharpbiznet.com, a
business-to-business web site for Sharp USA dealers worldwide. Mike also led the Referral Program web site development project, a
marketing campaign targeted at supermarket cashiers, for Priceline.com. Previous to his work at Infocraft, Mike was a
Senior Consultant for Citigroup, where, in addition to other
impressive work, he designed a financial tool to provide analysis
to major rating agencies on approximately $30 billion in
commercial paper. Mike also worked for M. Argüeso & Co., Inc., a
wholly-owned subsidiary of SPS Technologies, Inc., where he
developed a number of unique products which attained U.S. patents
and international acclaim, and which attracted scores of new
customers and brought in over $700k in
revenues. Mike holds a law degree from Rutgers Law School, and is
a member of the NJ Bar and United States Patent Bar.
