Online Media Manager, a division of Cyweb Holdings, is looking for an experienced, professional and highly motivated marketer and manager to grow and manage its existing profitable online media strategies. Responsibilities will include identifying, negotiating and executing programs that increase visitors to the site and purchasing traffic profitably.

This is a fast-paced environment where people are expected to deliver results on short deadlines. The right person is a team player who is as comfortable contributing to a group as working individually. The applicant will be expected to have internet, e-commerce marketing experience with exceptional negotiation skills and an acute understanding of online advertising and marketing metrics.


1) Manage performance of marketing campaigns to ensure profitability;

2) Provide strategic management for the optimization of revenue for®’s online advertising and affiliate marketing initiatives;

3) Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns that follow the company’s overall marketing strategies;

4) Detail performance tracking, data management and analysis; and

5) Keep informed about industry competitive activities, new online strategies and tools, and communicate via verbal and written reports to appropriate internal channels.

Requirements: Candidate must possess the following:

1) 1 to 4 years experience Online Marketing Media Buying or Affiliate Program Management;

2) Experience in online consumer marketing, sales and affiliate marketing;

3) 1+ years in collaboration with a team of highly motivated individuals;

4) Exceptional negotiation skills;

5) Outstanding communication, presentation, collaboration and analytical skills;

6) Extensive experience in the strategic development of consumers promotions and advertising projects;

7) Proven track records of managing profitable projects and multi-tasking;

8) Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

9) Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook;

10) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. MBA or MIS a plus; and

11) Desire to work in a fast-paced, friendly environment with too much work and not enough time.

Director of Customer Satisfaction, a division of Cyweb Holdings, is looking for a leader to join our fast-paced, friendly division who is passionate about Customer Satisfaction.


1) Developing relationships with customers to be able to assess their needs and issues and develop a strategy to meet those needs;

2) Prioritizing and balancing these needs and demands against's best interests and capabilities;

3) Establishing objectives, goals and measures that support the division's and company's emphasis on customer satisfaction and drive these metrics down into the organization; and

4) Overall management of the Customer Satisfaction function,  including providing direction, assessment and development of staff, budgeting, reporting, and system improvements.

Requirements: Candidate must possess the following:

1) Minimum of 2 years Customer Service or experience with a minimum of 1 year at a higher managerial level;

2) Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, listening and presentation;

3) Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products and overall understanding of computer systems, the internet, and e-commerce;

4) Ability  to deal with day-to-day and strategic issues; and

5) Bachelor's degree (master's is plus).

Cyweb Holdings Inc. is looking for candidates for several multi-function office positions that have just become available in one of the Company's high-profile Dot Com divisions.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

1) Internet & other research;
2) Data entry;
3) Phone support and sales;
4) General office duties;
5) Contributing to the development of business strategies for growth; and
6) Contributing to the development of new businesses.


Requirements: Candidates must:

1) Be smart and well-spoken;
2) Be highly computer literate; and
3) Have a good working knowledge of the internet.

Positions will be available in day and night shifts. Any internet programming or tech support experience (although not necessary) is a big plus. Any sales or marketing experience is also a big plus (especially phone sales/telemarketing)

Salary will be commensurate with experience and will likely have a commission component built in as part, but not all, of the compensation package. Opportunities for advancement will be unlimited, but will be based on performance.
